Shellharbour City Libraries has partnered with registered Psychologist, Rhyle Baker from Harbour Health Psychology & Clinical Services to bring you a mini-series discussing mental health help. This 6-part series covers a range of topics to get us thinking about how we can help ourselves and others around us seek help when we are struggling with mental health issues.
In this video, Jessie and Rhyle discuss how all elements of our wellbeing are connected, what we can do to support our physical and mental wellbeing and how we can use daily habits to nurture our mental health.
