Shellharbour City Libraries has partnered with registered Psychologist, Rhyle Baker from Harbour Health Psychology & Clinical Services to bring you a mini-series discussing mental health help. This 6-part series covers a range of topics to get us thinking about how we can help ourselves and others around us seek help when we are struggling with mental health issues.
In this video, Luke and Rhyle discuss the signs to look out for in younger people, how parents/carers can support their children to communicate and what young people can do to support themselves.
