Shellharbour City Libraries has partnered with registered Psychologist, Rhyle Baker from Harbour Health Psychology & Clinical Services to bring you a mini-series discussing mental health help. This 6-part series covers a range of topics to get us thinking about how we can help ourselves and others around us seek help when we are struggling with mental health issues.
In this video, Ellie and Rhyle discuss the signs of mental health issues, how to get the help you need, how to beat barriers to opening up about our mental health problems and how the Medicare rebate system works for psychologist appointments.
