Why is Stocard moving to Klarna?
Stocard is now part of Klarna and the new home for your library membership card along with your loyalty cards.
What happens to my cards and how can I move them?
All your cards are safe! Stocard will automatically move your library membership and loyalty cards to the Klarna app.
Here’s what you need to do!
- Open the Stocard app and select ‘Account’ in the bottom right-hand corner.
- From the Account screen, select create an account with Klarna and provide your phone number and email address for verification.
- Download the Klarna app to your device.
Why do I need to create an account with Klarna?
To use your Klarna account securely and not lose your loyalty cards, you need to create an account with Klarna. The account is cerated by verifying your phone number and email address. Please only use your personal phone number and email address.
Can I keep using Stocard?
No, the Stocard app will be shut down and you will need to use the Klarna app from storing and displaying your library membership and loyalty cards.
