Come along to City Library where we’ll be bringing in a range of professionals to help you with life admin. Our goal is to address the things we all need to do in our adult lives but may have never been taught or just have questions about!
We’re starting off 2025 with a series of seminars and workshops on Self Care. Our second session will be facilitated by local psychologist Rhyle Baker, who will be discussing signs and symptoms of stress, and ways to approach stress management.
