What you’ll do:
You’ll have the opportunity to taste test different exercises with some fantastic local facilitators. Once a month we welcome you to join us in an hour long session of mindfulness.
We’re continuing with an introduction to journaling! Join Bek for a session full of mindful journaling, writing prompts and design inspiration!
