Mindful Moments at our beautiful Warilla Library is your introduction to a range of exercises and techniques that will help you breathe easier and step into each day with clarity.
What you’ll do:
This workshop is for anyone who wants to stop and take a moment to listen to their inner voice and get creative in an environment where there is zero pressure to create something ‘perfect’. During the workshop you will be invited to tap into your own intuition through a short meditation and will be gently guided to create an A4 collage using a variety of fun techniques including watercolour, collage, text, line work using various pens and markers and even some hand stitching if desired.
This workshop is lead by Bronya, a local Artist and Educator with training in Meditation, Creative Arts Therapy and Soul Pages (Visual Journaling)

None, perfect for all beginners.
