City Library, Thursday 26 June, 6pm
Description:
Come along to City Library for Cook Book Club!
Join nutritionist and chef Emily Gardem for a wonderful workshop using the libraries extensive Food and Cooking collection to find recipes and learn to make something new! You’ll learn new cooking skills and be able to take home your dish to share with your family.
After the lesson, you’ll have the chance to sit down and join the group for a tasting of the dish.
This month we’re making a quinoa, pea and zucchini fritter dish and a mini spinach and feta pizza from Donna Hay’s Fresh & Light recipe book!
