Come along to City Library for our first ever Cook Book Club!
Join nutritionist and chef Emily Gardem for a wonderful workshop using the libraries extensive Food and Cooking collection to find recipes and learn to make something new! You’ll learn new cooking skills and be able to take home your dish to share with your family.
After the lesson, you’ll have the chance to sit down and join the group for a tasting of the dish with some tea and coffee.
We’re starting off with marinated lemon chicken with a beetroot, halloumi and chickpea salad.
What should I bring?
Enclosed shoes required. Notebook and pen.
