Come along to City Library where we’ll be bringing in a range of professionals to help you with life skills. Our goal is to address the things we all need to do in our adult lives but may have never been taught or just have questions about!
What you’ll do:
Join local naturopath Melissa Poczwa for a practical nutrition-focused workshop designed to support parents with simple, realistic strategies. Learn how to meet your daily protein needs for sustained energy, discover quick breakfast ideas and snack hacks, and explore how food can support mood, sleep, and stress levels. Walk away with family-friendly tips you can implement straight away, plus a take-home handout to make it even easier.
