Always wanted to sew but not sure where to start? Learn the basics across 2 hands-on sessions designed to teach you all about how to use sewing machines, stitch techniques, & essential sewing materials. You’ll come away with a new skill & pyjama pants handmade by you!
What you’ll do:
Week 1: Learn how to thread a sewing machine, what materials to use & different stitch techniques. Practice sewing with a sewing machine before you sew a final piece in the following week!
Week 2: Use the skills & techniques from the previous week to create a set of pyjama pants to take home!
Knowledge required:
No experience with a sewing machine needed! This 2-week course is perfect for those who have never touched a sewing machine or need a refresher.
Who is this for?
This program is suitable for adults. Please ensure you are available for both weeks of this 2 session course.
What should I bring?
If you wish to learn on your own sewing machine feel free to BYO, otherwise sewing machines will be supplied. All supplies will be provided. If you wish to use a specific pattern/colour of material for your project please bring this along with you.
