Mindful Moments at our beautiful Warilla Library is your introduction to a range of exercises and techniques that will help you breathe easier and step into each day with clarity.
What you’ll do:
The class incorporates a range of movements, combining pilates exercises and gentle yoga poses to improve flexibility and strength, as well as stretches and relaxation to reduce built-up stress and tension.
