Shellharbour Reads Book Club

Joining a Shellharbour Reads Book Club: What to expect
We know you love books as much as we do and appreciate how wonderful it is to share your thoughts and ideas with others! Book Clubs are a great opportunity to discuss, debate and socialise!

Our Book Club groups meet on various days and locations, so there is sure to be the right group for you.

Each month we will give you a book to take home to read before we get together to chat all about it. Don't worry if you're not sure what to say, we have book guides each month that give you suggested questions and talking points, information about the book and author and suggested further reading. Your group leader will also make sure the etiquette guidelines are followed so that everyone can share their opinions in a safe space.

What titles do you have?
We have a wide variety of exciting tiles in both fiction and non-fiction genres. Our kits include well-loved classics as well as some of the latest must-reads!

Each kit includes 10 copies of the same title and will often include additional formats such as large print or audio books. Your kit will also include reading guides with suggested talking points and information about the author and book. Your kit comes in a sturdy Shellharbour Reads tote bag.

How do I join?
We'd love to invite you to join a group! You must register to join a Book Club group so that we can ensure we have enough resources for all members. If you are interested in joining, please email us at
