Libby to BorrowBox FAQ
After 30 June 2023 we are saying goodbye to Libby.
BorrowBox is our most popular digital platform with our customers. From 1 July we will be bringing you even more content through your favourite platform, including eBooks and a great selection of digital magazines!
You'll no longer be able to access Libby after 30 June.
You'll have until 30 June to read anything you have on loan. After this date, all loans will automatically be returned as access to Libby will cease for Shellharbour customers.
Unfortunately, all reservations will cease to exist on 30 June. After this date our library will no longer have Libby as a digital library platform.
Your loan history will no longer be available. However, if you're keen to keep your history you can export your history using the Libby app Timeline feature before 30 June.
You can access our eLibrary from the library website or from individual Apps including, BorrowBox, indyreads and hoopla. You'll discover eBooks, eAudiobooks, digital magazines, comics, music and movies. Visit here for more.
Download the BorrowBox app if you don't have it already or visit our website. You'll find a great selection of digital magazines on BorrowBox.
Back issues will be available and the BorrowBox app can even notify you when the latest edition arrives!
