Tracy has been practicing Yoga for 20 years and finds great joy and gratitude to be able to share the benefits of Yoga. In this session, Tracy will guide you through gentle Yoga stretches and movement to help you build strength and flexibility in your body while calming the mind and nurturing the spirit.
Who should attend?
Beginners are welcome.
What should I bring?
We will supply Yoga mats. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing for exercising.
